I have decided to set up a copy of Joomla! 1.0 as well as a second site using Joomla! 1.5 so that I can learn both versions of Joomla! and when they go live with the current beta I will be ready and have less transition time. I think this is a good decision, at this point the only negative is that every minute I am spending on the beta is a minute I am not spending on the version I am going to open with. In the long run this should be beneficial, in the short run it means it will take longer for my site to get up and running. At this point I think it is a necessary evil. That’s all the news there is for now.
