So, we have finally upgraded our Member Forums.  We use open source software for our entire website, open source is software that is usually produced by large communities and has consistent updating and upgrades that need to be implemented.  The main portion of our site is run based on Joomla! CMS (which stands for Content Management System) and is completely open source as well.  There has been a couple features on our site that are not open source, however we believe in the open source concept and try to use open source whenever possible.

We are finally implementing the upgrades.  We were actually two updates behind, but no longer!  You can visit the phpbb site here.  This update has actually been a long time in coming, as the release has been out since early July.  In the future we hope to stay more on top of the upgrades as they usually provide a more stable user experience.
