In anticipation of the many questions we will probably receive (if it weren't for this post) we thought we should explain our beta stage a little bit better, so here is how it is going to work:

We will come back online on May 1st, 2008.  When we do this we will be releasing our site in beta stage.  As a part of the beta stage you will be able to sign up for the directory, and in as many categories and listings as you would like to, for free.  In addition you will be eligible for discounts on Memberships after we exit the beta stage.  However, once the beta stage is over, everyone that is currently in the directory will have to re-sign up, at least at this point in time that is what it will look like.  For those of you who were already a part of the beta stage we will offer a discount if you would like to continue being a part of the directory.  If you don't, then simply do nothing and we will start fresh again once we exit the beta stage. 

We will also be implementing many new things for our exit from the beta stage, as a part of a grand opening if you will.  So, if we announce that we are going to be having our grand opening, and you come back and the site looks different, don't be alarmed, it was planned!!!  We have some new design elements that we would like to implement, as well as some new features and opportunities.  Ideally we would be coming out of beta stage around July 1st.  At this point that is a very, very tentative release date, but that is what we are headed for.  Hope you wait long enough for all of this to play out.
